Frequently Asked Questions

What is CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is a natural, non-psychotropic compound found in Hemp.

How does CBD work?

When ingested CBD interacts with both humans and pets (ECS) Endocannabinoid System. The (ECS) is the most common neurotransmitter in the body responsible for homeostasis. This system is present from birth and features two endogenous endocannabinoids (2 AG and anandamide). When stimulated by CBD these endocannabinoids interact with CB1 receptors (mostly found in the central nervous system / brain) and CB2 receptors (mostly present in the immune system). The interaction of CBD with different organ systems in ours, and our pets bodies, maintains the natural process of homeostasis ensuring therapeutic benefits.

How is CBD oil made?

CBD oil is made through a natural solvent extraction process. Cannabinoids, terpenes, and trichomes are separated from plant matter. The solvent then evaporates leaving behind Cannabinoid-Packed CBD oil.
